About the Event

When it comes to wine pairing, the first thing comes to your mind is surely cheese. In this California Wine Month, HKUSTAWA is bringing you to a California wine and cheese pairing workshop with our cheese expert Ivy Ng and celebrity chef Walter Kei.

Other than introducing you to the different kinds of cheese to pair with wine, you will also get to participate in Chef Walter’s cooking demonstration of different fusion dishes with both local and western ingredients.

Speakers' bio:

紀曉華 Walter Kei

Walter is a travel food and wine columnist who is also interested in interior design, arts, photography, lifestyle and different kinds of culture.

He has been the host of a travelling program and a cooking demonstration in TVB Television Broadcast Limited,  NOW TV 「Kei’s World」  and RTHK TV 「830 Magazine’s」 and he was once a food program DJ in radio as well.

Ivy Ng

Ivy wanted to create a platform to promote cheese and wine culture to both connoisseurs, corporate clients and hospitality professionals. Set up in 2018, Cheese & Wine HK is now also an accredited provider of Academy of Cheese Levels 1 & 2 courses. Aside from her passion for cheese, Ivy is an Official Bourgogne Wine Ambassador and a Certified WSET Educator.
