Spanish Fiesta Wine Party

In collaboration with myicellar, HKUST Alumni Wine Association is bringing you this pop-up party! 

Our guest from Spain, Ms. Elena García Garre, will be presenting you several highly acclaimed Spanish wines from renowned wine regions including D.O.Ca. Rioja, D.O. Ribera del Duero, D.O. Toro and D.O. Rueda. Among them would be wines from Finca Villacreces, a stunning estate, described as “one of the best kept secrets of Ribera del Duero” by Robert Parker.

Finca Villacreces is part of the Artevino Group which has been producing top quality wines since 1987, when Gonzalo Antón gathered a group of friends and companies together and established Bodegas IZADI, in the heart of Rioja Alavesa. In 2000, Gonzalo's son, Lalo Antón, joined and helped to expand the company. With the expansion of the company, Finca Villacreces purchased in 2003 and Bodegas Vetus (D.O. Toro y D.O. Rueda) were one after another integrated under the big group named ARTEVINO.
