Held in conjunction with the 15th Cathay Hong Kong International Wine & Spirit Competition’s (HK IWSC), the event is expecting hundreds of wines and spirits from around the world, including lesser known regions, new styles, trending varieties and categories, which would be benchmarked by highly-regarded judges for eligibility of medals and trophies.
