Founded by a several “boys” who love Japanese sake with different backgrounds. One of them like to study the history and culture of Japanese sake, another like to study how the taste of Japanese sake change with the temperature, and the rest like to collect the Japanese sake label.
Their shop manager is a SSI who will recommend three bottles from their collection, according to the season.
